Το διαμέρισμα είναι μέρος ενός συγκροτήματος διαμερισμάτων. Το συγκρότημα είναι ένα υψηλής αισθητικής σύγχρονο οικιστικό κτίριο το αρχιτεκτονικό σχέδιο του οποίου προέκυψε από διεθνή αρχιτεκτονικό διαγωνισμό (102 συμμετοχές από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό). Επιπλέον, το 2010 στο ακίνητο απονεμήθηκε το βραβείο για το “Καλύτερο Εφαρμοσμένο Έργο των ετών 2007-2009” από τη διεθνή αρχιτεκτονική ανασκόπηση “DOMES”.
Το συγκρότημα αναπτύσσεται σε τέσσερα (4) επίπεδα γύρω από ένα κεντρικό αίθριο και αποτελείται από 41 διαμερίσματα και τρία (3) καταστήματα. Το κτίριο διαθέτει τέσσερις κάθετους πυρήνες κυκλοφορίας (τόσο τα κλιμακοστάσια και τους ανελκυστήρες) που εξασφαλίζουν τόσο την εύκολη πρόσβαση στα διαμερίσματα όσο και την ιδιωτική ζωή των κατοίκων τους. Επιπλέον, υπάρχουν δύο (2) υπόγεια επίπεδα στο συγκρότημα – το 2ο υπόγειο επίπεδο που χρησιμοποιείται ως χώρος στάθμευσης και το 1ο υπόγειο επίπεδο όπου βρίσκονται οι αποθηκευτικοί χώροι και μια θερμαινόμενη κοινόχρηστη πισίνα.

Η διαχείριση του κτιρίου πραγματοποιείται με εξωτερική ανάθεση σε μια γνωστή υπηρεσία διαχείρισης εγκαταστάσεων, η οποία περιλαμβάνει κηπουρούς, υπηρεσίες καθαρισμού εσωτερικών χώρων, υπηρεσίες καθαρισμού παραθύρων, πορτάρ (ο οποίος είναι επίσης υπεύθυνος για την καθημερινή διαχείριση των κοινόχρηστων χώρων του κτιρίου, αλλά και ο ίδιος ο ηλεκτρολόγος είναι επίσης πολύ χρήσιμο για ό, τι μπορεί να χρειαστείτε στο διαμέρισμά σας), παρακολούθηση CCTV του κτιρίου και ασφάλεια κτιρίου συναγερμού.

The flat is part of a complex of flats. The complex is a high aesthetic contemporary residential building the architectural design of which has arisen from an international architectural competition (102 attendances from both Greece and abroad). Moreover, in 2010 the complex was awarded the prize for “Best Implemented project of the years 2007-2009” by the international architectural review “DOMES”. The complex is developed in four (4) levels around a central atrium, and consists of 41 apartments and three (3) shops at the ground level. The building disposes four vertical circulation cores (both stairways and elevators) ensuring both easy access to the apartments and privacy for their inhabitants. Furthermore, there are two (2) underground levels in the Complex – the 2nd underground level used as a parking area and the 1st underground level where the storage rooms and a heated communal swimming pool is located.

Pool is half internal, half external with a patio. Pool is heated so is used all year round. Changing rooms and small gym also available.
Management of the building is outsourced in a well-known facilities management service, which include gardener, patio cleaning services, window cleaning service, porter (who is also responsible for the daily management of communal areas of building, but also being an electrician himself is also very useful for whatever you may need within your flat), cctv surveillance of the building, and alarm building security.
